Whether you’re based in Hamburg or Zurich, this role offers the flexibility to work from both of these dynamic cities.

Main responsibilities:

As an Event and Customer Marketing Manager at Brame, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our event and customer marketing strategies. Here’s how you’ll be leveling up:

  • Create Experiences: Plan, organize, promote, and measure meaningful in-person and virtual events to engage customers and prospects. Event types include fairs, round tables, masterclasses, keynotes, digital summits, and webinars.
  • Strategize & Build: Own, refine, and further develop our event and customer marketing strategy.
  • Create Content: Craft persuasive case studies, use cases, and educational expert content around Gamification trends, best practices, and winning strategies while working closely with clients and the customer success team to extract valuable insights and benchmarks.
  • Drive Engagement: Shape and execute customer nurturing email campaigns and support account and success management in reviving at-risk accounts and seasonal user engagement.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent messaging.

Your skills and experience:

  • Game Level: 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B event and customer marketing.
  • Organization Mastery: Strong communication, project, and stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial hands-on mentality.
  • Quality Mindset: You always aim to create the most valuable experiences and content for our potential buyers and existing customers.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech, within startups or scaleups, using tools like Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot for marketing automation.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both German (native level) and English.
